Engineer Rashed Bin Satter

Engineer Rashed Bin Satter is the Managing Director ofBangladesh Institution For International Education Ltd. (BIIE). With over 25 years of comprehensive business experience, he is a seasoned entrepreneur, a proven industrialist and more with a strong foundation in e-business systems by virtue of his academic background in computer science from abroad. He is the Founder and the Managing Director of the Prochesta Corporation Ltd and has been leading it for more than two decades.

His career reflects a deep commitment in institution-building, manufacturing, academic excellence, military supply and engineering and professional community development across Bangladesh and the world. He plays active role in business chambers, engineering institutions, and social welfare organisations.  

Engr. Rashed Bin Satter is an education administrator and institution builder. With the experience of previous institution building, through his leadership in the Prochesta Group, significant role in BIEI, he has been contributing to the shaping of educational frameworks.
